The staff at Bell Dental is committed to providing excellent dental care in a comfortable environment where patients can relax and feel at ease. Here you will find information on what to expect during your first appointment along with links to patient forms and paperwork. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We are committed to providing the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. Because of this, payment for services is due at the time of service unless we have made prior arrangements.
No dental insurance? No worries. We have an affordable in-house dental benefits plan that is very popular.
Our membership plan is not insurance, a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act, pre-payment for future services, or payment for access to discounted services. Rather, our membership plan is direct payment arrangement for service, products and care provided.
- Payment for treatment not included in the membership plan is due at time of service.
- The membership plan may not be combined with any other insurance or any other offers or discounts.
- The membership plan does not cover Orthodontics such as comprehensive orthodontic treatment and appliance therapy (CDT Code D8000-D8999)
- Membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists outside of our practice.
